SHOT DIFFERENCE COSTS ENGLAND MEN INTERNATIONAL SERIES TITLE
England Men were unable to retain the British Isles Men’s Senior International Series at Victoria Park, Royal Leamington Spa, last weekend.

England, who had won the previous three Series’ recorded a 123-106 victory in the opening match against Scotland, however were unable to follow this result up against Ireland, losing 98-133.

In order to stand any chance of winning the title, England needed to beat Wales in the final game by almost 40 shots. The England team started strongly, leading by almost 20 shots at the halfway mark. The England men eventually secured the victory by 21 shots, 18 shots short of what was required.
