Social Events for 2010/11
The Whist drives organised by Ted Wyeth have proved to be very popular since being introduced in September.
They will commence again during the winter
first drive will 12 October 2010
August 30th Bank Holiday Monday
The Claire Smith Trophy and Fun day.
Followed by Quiz night.
This Trophy was donated by Gary Smith in memory of his mother and to be played for on an annual basis by mixed teams. This years event will take place on Bank Holiday Monday.
The game will be followed by a quiz night with Quiz Master Tom Beesley. Teams will be of six people. Dont worry if you cant form a team will we find you a place. Entry fee will be £2.50.
There will be no food avaible but please feel free to bring your own if you wish.
Everyone will be welcome, (full, social or new) just contact either the Ladies or Mens captains. A sheet will be place on the notice boards nearer the date for your to add your name.
Lets have lots of names down so that we can make this a day to remember.
